My drone is 4k 24fps, old Mavic Pro This footage is from DJi Osmo Pocket And can't remember where, however have used 4k 60fps before, just no mixed and not overlapped with other footage Again ask questions, so that we can fix this This needs to be fixed

This is the second post after your reply My footage is all in 4k Have added some photos overlayed, and a video clip taken with someone's cellphone It won't export in 4k however changed the setting to 2k and it looks like it will export the whole project, it has gone past where it would terminate the export Can this version of VideoPad, not handle 4k 60fps Ask all the question you need to, ask me to send what ever files are needed from that big folder, however this needs to be fixed

It's no improvement if it dosent work So let me see if I understand I pay for something that dosent work as displayed/advertised, I have asked for help numerous times, and the only thing I ever got was update to a beta version or update to the latest version - bugs are fixed No they are not fixed, and I think it's very unfair that I am now expected to spend money to fix something that has not worked properly Self live in South Africa, and when one buys something in $$$$ it's a lot of money in our local currency Maybe seeing that it's video Pad that is broken, then maybe Video pad could pay for my extra storage so that I can help video Pad figure out what is wrong with Video pad Have many hours invested in learning video Pad - would be a very very sad day if I am now left with a broken piece of software and forced to look else where and have to learn something from scratch again Hope video Pad finds a way for me to send the file to them - that would be the right thing to do

You have not read all my posts That saved file is 7.25Gig Drop box and one drive only give one 5gig for free The file is too big for the free drop box and one drive One drive & dropBox only allows 5gig of free space - the saved file for the project is 7.25 GIG My Google drive is full Unless I am talking to a bot

Further let me add, that when I was looking at a new editing machine, I seriously looked at the ipad pro for portability I did not buy the iPad pro, couz I read of the limitations that Video Pad had on the iPad pro So I bought a Windows gaming laptop just so that I could have video Pad full functionality This leaves me even more disappointed as I have lost that portability for something that now dosent work Rarely really hope that VP comes up with a salution quickly My last project I can't export and I can't edit my otherfootage We have an opertunity to film a unique catamaran, and would be very sad if I would have to learn new editing software to complete that project -0-0- Deleted that upload and tried to zip the file However see that has made no difference to the file size So now that link won't work, couz I deleted to try and upload a zipped file

P Saved folder is 7.25GB So Drop box is too small, as one only gets 5gig free space Onedrive is the same thing, only 5gig space a d I already have some small files saved on there Most of the footage for this project is in 4K60fps, it's over 8min long Plea6 find a different way to help me Have already lost at least 6 hrs with this story of not exporting, drop box, uploading and repeated attempts letme know what other info you need to solve the issue Video Pad has had issues from almost day one when I bought it for this laptop and bought the newer version of VP Have complainedon here and reported issues over and over Am not an IT person, so I'm struggling with all these things, have made huge efforts to learn Video pad and now to get these files uploaded I followed the instructions as per earlier post from you Did save the file "save portable project as. . . " Find another way for me to send this big file, and I will send VP is faulty and full of bugs, have wasted huge of hrs trying to work around and trying to get help It is now VP turn to come to the party and find an easier way Unless my editing is beyond the capabilities of VP - then I need to know. MY LESS then 6months old laptop Asus gaming laptop SSD 512gig more then 200gig available 16gig of ram GTX 1660 with 6gig of Ram Rizen 7 not sure what speed Further, my old laptop worked impeccably with version 5.xxx with no issues Since new fancy laptop with the NEW Video pad, have had issue after issue after issue Have had crashes and lost huge amounts of work and now I can't export When I had crashes I reported it multiple times - till after the upgrade it would crash regularly The only improvement is that now when it crashes it saves every in an untitled project- pain, howeve6am not loosing huge amounts of work Will try and follow your advice and share the project when back home

No The issues have not been ironed out Also can't export the video It exports a small part in varying degrees, however not the full video That is exactly why I came on here again When playing back before exporting, it 1st stutters for about 20-30 seconds playing a few seconds repeatedly and then it will play through And I have the latest version Old versions new versions they don't work as they should

Further, you are welcome to follow the link I posted above and go check out what I produced, the Maverick catamaran part one that is visible(yes not perfect and there are issues) is the type of videos that I am currently busy with. Part two is already uploaded, just removed from public eye till later on this week Currently I film alone, and hence a lot of work trying to make something out of one footage source And this is one of three YouTube channels that I am trying to build up Hence why Video pad needs to work properly without regular bugs

Am I now being told that I need to save my project every 2seconds couz it might crash Well then this makes this even more apps then what I am thinking On my old laptop I had version 5.something and not once did it crash it was supper reliable And how can you tell me to have patience when last time I lost around 7 hrs of work as can be seen Why is the platform now so unstable Why did it work after for about 2 - 3 weeks fine and now it crashes Not even going to bother couz last time I went through those for nothing What trial period are you talking about, I paid for the second time why should I constantly have these issue I don't have a trial versions - I paid money so it needs to work So it sound's and appears that if it was after 6 months from purchase, that I would be stuck with a vesrion that is full of bugs, this sounds like a load of crap. As after it crashes the only way to fix was to upgrade. I paid for something and expect it to work continuously, other wise you have not deliveredwhat I have paid for Again, the version 5.something that is still on my old laptop worked flawlessly - would of been quiet happy with that version - but NO, you everything gets messed with and changed and now it has bugs WHY This specific one dosent contain sensitive information and while I appreciate the offer, the software needs to work properly It does look like I did not loose much this time, as when I took a break I saved it as a new project and it looks like it Auto saved an untiteled project when it crashed, however last time I lost around 7 hrs of work as described in the videos - looks like I only lost a few steps in the editing Most of these are Not short projects, and are done over a period of weeks A friend that makes a living out of filming and editing(while my one is still in the hobby stages) saw me using NCH, and he liked it, however how can he make the big move and learn something new and have it full of bugs - your bugs are your own worst enemy and I can't recommend video Pad to anyone in its current state Further, my laptop is a dedicated machine to my editing, nothing else, and no one else has access to it, my wife is about to also start ed8ting, however she will be learning on the old laptop. And once a memory stick leaves and goes to someone else's machine, it does not come back to my machine. Only my only storage devices get plugged back into my machine and never into someone else's machines So I take extreme precautions to keep my work safe, so I don't need Video Pad to be the weakest link in me loosing work

So though I would do some editing tonigh, only to get frustrated by the the bugs that people say they have never seen The older version was much better, and had no/zero issues Took a video with my cell phone of the screen, have given live cometary so that people can see what a load of junk the new version is, If need be will do another video to show how the older version works flawlessly with no issue, as I still have the old laptop with the older version it Just that for the more complex editing my old laptop could not cope Will post a link to the video as soon as it's ready, as I need to bluer out my email address, so as not to have it all over YouTube Video Pad is full of bugs - this is not on Either this needs to get sorted out quickly or Video pad needs to make the older versions available

Again thanx for the effort to help, however have been doing this for two years, and hence my concern to the point that I have taken the time to try and find a salution to the issues You say that much has changed since the 5x, that is all very nice, however if it does not work properly then what is the point of changing everything and us paying for something that does not work properly and flawlessly like it used to, sadly leaving me wondering if I shouldn't of gone with the advice of friends and gotten different software - very sad situation Part of the issue, is that when I add to my time line, it often takes the part thatI did not select along with and it even shows where it has been cut It looks like I need to do editing with a camera on the screen to show the issues

Am with you all the way, and think we need to keep making posts like this till the issues are resolved In my case had an old laptop, with V5.03, and there video Pad worked perfect, just that the laptop was old and as my editing became more complex, the laptop became an issue, so bough a new gaming laptop to cope with editing of 4k footage With this came the loading of the new version 7.33 and the startof all the issues, as in my opinion it is full of bugs Keeping in mind that I used the old version for around 2 years with no issues or bugs, it soon became apparent that something is not right with the new version

Thanx for the screen shot, showing me where to report bugs As for automatically placing items in the time line, it has done that however my biggest issues with it is when placing a video clip on the timeline that I have selected, it sometimes also places the unwanted rest of clip onto the time line Again, all these issues that I have are issues tgat I never had with the old version - v5.03

Can't help with your problem However am in a similar situation My PC did not crash, however did get a new Laptop just for editing, and also have many issues with the version of Video pad. The older version worked perfectly for me though

New here and am starting with a disapointed post Am I alone with my issues Have used Media Pad for over two years on a Windows 7 on an old laptop Recently found the limit of that machine, so purchased a new gaming laptop (16gig Ram, SSD, GTX 1660Ti, running windows 10 The latest version of Video pad is a mess with many issues that I never had before on the older version Have had A crash once It adds things to my timeline that I did not select When exporting Video, it started and when it got to about 7%, it started the process again When adding an overlay, if I close the effects window, the effects that I have selected disappear And after the crash today, I followed the recommendation and installed the Beta version, it made no difference The last video I exported was just under 2min, yet when playing the video after it was exported, it was over 6min long couz of some crap on the time line that i never put there. This is not the 1st time it's done this. It did it to a video that uploaded to YouTube and only noticed after people had started watching it. The old version did not have these issues The new laptop, like the old one is dedicated only for editing. It has Google chrome for me to upload to YouTube and absolutely nothing else has been added This is not what I expected, and am very disappointed
