  1. This is a firewall problem - disable / uninstall them off your pcs and router and you'll see it will work! I spent weeks sorting this out - simply zonealarm causing the problem in the end!!!
  2. You can do this by creating a group, giving it a number and then doing the transfer to the group number instead of to an extension...

    outbound survey

    I've been using it over the last month and found it tough going - the documentation is light, tech. support take a while to get back regarding any issues and things don't always work consistently. We use sip voip and this isn't supported well nor is outbound dialling very sophisticated - it is basic autodialling with no predicitive dialling ability. The pbx side however is quite good and stable, we're runnign around a dozen extensions and external lines and that was easy to setup and configure.

    Noise on voip calls

    Hi I have several sip voip lines set up on axon pbx. However i seem to get a lot of noise on some extensions and clear calls on others -some extensions give a crackling sound whilst others seem to give a howling/wind sound. Has anyone any thoughts what it could be? I have tried changing the handsets to no avail.
  5. The caller id is not set hidden in the IVM or any of the nch software - it needs to be set by the voip provider, in my case I am in the UK and it's set by the voipcheapUK software that they provide me with
  6. Hi I've managed to use the transfer to voicemail function in the extension setup to transfer to a given extension or workgroup - but nothing more than that... let me know if you do find anything additional
