Spitfiree III is very good as an autodialer for recorded messages. It is not flexibe using it for survey work. It can do up to 30 questions but there is little flexibility in responses you can only have up to 7 answers on the question and there is very little ability to do branching. There documentation is also a little light and tech support is not the fastest.

Currenty we are conducting outbound autmoated surveys using an off the shelf product, we are contemplating changin over to IVM has anyone used IVM for this how easy is the set up. I have noticed a lot of post regarding sql problems will the program be able to record the answers into our database.
