  1. Hi All! Im experiencing a little strange problem. Im having problem to speak to other people in my network. When I receive the call in the Express Talk the caller cant hear me. Both of us are using Express Talk. I can hear but the other side cant. But it's a little strange cause when calling to outside of network like calling to PSTN phone number it works well. The problem is when we are trying to talk to each other inside the private SIP network. I am using the VoIPCheap SIP service. The reason for strange is because I already get sucess on talking inside the network with other friend of mine. I don't know what kind of problem it can be. Anyone can help me? Thank you

  3. Hi all! I would like to know if it's possible to setup and salve the information in a file in the Express Talk. I mean that I have a lot of customers in my organization and most of them do not know how to setup the Express Talk even sending them a translated and step by step manual. So if it's possible to save the setup configuration I can do for myself the configuration of each customer account and then send file to each one personalized. So the only procedure to be done by the customer will be download the softphone and replace the file. Is that possible? Or better than it was if it's possible to setup the Express Talk and do something that allow the customer to only download and install the software already pre-configured with his own account. Thank you!
