I am using the IVM Answering Attendent and have set up 3 voip sip lines. I'm trying to when the 1st sip line is busy, the call is diverted to the next sip line etc. Need help in how to do this using the IVM? Please,please,please help!

Is there a way that when a message is recorded you can rename the filename (as currently it is automatically given a name ie:'mailboxname'00000265.wav',) and I want to save it as intro.wav Help, please?

No longer need help with this, as what I wanted to do I have figured out a way to do it with INETURL plugin instead

I'm using the sqllink plugin, it checks a user and password and if correct the plugin returns 'Okay' But now I need to go to a voicemail if it is 'Okay', any ideas on how this is done?
