Hi Team I have the multiple clips combine in several track to one clip. Now I realised that in the middle I forgot a scene. How could I move the back part (consisting of approx 50 smaller scenes) to the back? I don´t want to click each one individual with CONTROL for multiple selection. is there no better option for it?

I want to un-split a track I split. Because of the split point when I add a video effect and use animation, in the animation part of the effects window I can't see far enough to the right on the timeline to put a key frame to where I want the effect to end. This is truly a track that I split, not two clips. I tried right-clicking on the split point. The context menu displays the options to Group the two clips, but doesn't display the Un-Split option.

Is there a way to remove a Split line? This would be long after a Ctrl+Z (Undo) would be useful. I guess, asking another way, is there a way to combine adjacent clips that had been created with a Split action? I'm less than a year into using VideoPad and still struggling mightily. Your help is appreciated.

Hi I am trying to create a video which has the screen tiled, each tile is a separately created video file. It's like the virtual choirs you see on Youtube. I have found out how to overlay video tracks, so I have 4 video tracks in my project, 3 overlaying the first one. I also used the Video Effect, split screen, to create a 2 x 2 array for each video track, putting each track into a different quadrant. However, when I play back the sequence all I see is one track occupying the whole screen. What am I missing here? Thanks

I have this one file which I needed to split into uneven tracks. I used the home/bookmarks, then edit/split at cursor, then save as. I now cannot find my work. And it seems that the CD i made has only one track...please help. i am new at this. It downed on me that there is also a project save option. What is the difference between file save as and project save. May be it is because I might not have saved the project that I cannot find my work??? Thank you for taking the time to answer.

I'm a new user of Video Pad 2018. Love the software so far. I know how to delete unwanted video, but CANNOT figure out how to cut out a section of the video and place it into another location on the timeline to make the story flow more clearly. I've used the two youtube videos below to try to help me, but I, nor any of my family members are able to make this work. What I want done seems fairly straight forward. I know we must be doing something wrong but cannot figure out what. Please don't just refer me back to the videos below, NCH technical support took me there and I still can't get it to work. Please help if you can with some step by step directions if possible. Thank you very much. Hi there, I´ve got problem with splitting clips. I´ve added many clips on timeline and than split them to very small pieces. Everything seem to be okay. But, in preview and after export too, from unknow reason to me shows thumbnails of original clips. When player reach to split clip, always appear this frame and little lag is there too. Does anyone know how to fix it? I spend more than 6 hours of editing and have not power to do it again. Thank you

Hi there: Hope somebody can help with what I thought would be an easy task. Sorry in advance if I am overlooking something obvious; as the method I am trying worked with other Video Editing Software. I have a paid version of Video Pad Professional. Let us say I have a 5 minute music video and I want to copy or cut a piece of it to a new file. I split the file (for example between the 2 minute and 4 minute mark). I then right click over the split section and choose copy. I then go to New File and attempt to past but the option is greyed out and will not let me put it on the storyboard either with a right click or Control V. Thank you for your help, CF

I have entered several transactions in Moneyline from my Credit Card Account. Some of these transactions are to Walmart and are entered as Splits to break out the expenses from different categories. Transaction splits that have the "Grocery" category are not showing up in the Budget for this month as they should. It appears that transactions entered in the Checking Account are showing up in the Budget Grocery. This looks like some type of bug in the software when items are entered as a split. Anyone else seeing this issue? Sparks

Hi, I am new to Wavepad and would like to automatically split all the mp3 files in one folder into smaller parts. I read about an "Auto split" feature but I cannot find it in the free version, nor can I find a "split" feature under the batch functions. My original book already contains 65 mp3 files but their length is still too large in order to access a specific point in an audio book (my player has no bookmark feature, always starts at the beginning of the last played file). So I need to split all 65 files into smaller pieces. Without a batch solution I will have to open all 65 files separately and split them manually... The OTHER problem I'm having is the numbering. When I multi-split a file named xxx_01, the resulting files will be named xxx_011, xxx_012, xxx_013 and so on. INSTEAD it should be xxx_0101, xxx_0102, xxx_0103 because once the numbering reaches 10, the files will be sorted incorrectly. Can anybody enlighten me on one or both of these issues? THANK YOU!

My need is to have S/W perform unmanned automatic "splitting" of 1-big-video-file, into many smaller files. Whereas the auto-split would be based upon 'sudden-changes' in frame (such as when recording-segment if paused/resumed). I'd like to option tweek the 'settings' which govern auto-detection of 'sudden-changes'. The big-files I have came from conversion from old-analog-videos, left to do A-to-D for a long time, resulting-in too big of file. Years ago, I had a non-lin-vid-edit tool that did this function beautifully. Any advice? (thx)

Dear All, I want to edit a big vidoe file around 2GB. But after I drag it to videopad editor, the processing window pops up but no progress at all even i have waited for hours. I also will edit 4GB file. Is there any limitation of the file size to be edited using videopad editor? If not, how to solve this? Or is there any command line that can allow me to do the splitting function? Thanks, WIlson

Does anyone know if (and how) I can create a pro forma invoice on express accounts? I've tried to look but can't find anything. I have an Invoice which I need to split into two payments (a deposit and amount after the service) while keeping the same Invoice number! Any help would be much appreciated!!
