Hey there, I have used this product in the past and had great results. Started it back up to do a new project and now I'm having some major issues. I am noticing delays in tracks playing on time, Clicks still playing on tracks even after they have been cut, weird looping or skipping on clean recorded tracks, and now the program will just stop playing tracks on playback. However if I hit pause and restart the sound will resume. Most of these issues appear to be random, but adding various effects or even adjusting during playback can cause these bugs. Anyone else having this issue?

Up until recent updates, VP worked okay. Now suddenly in V11.64 the effects button does not work. It did not work in the previous release. In fact I can no longer invoke the effects editor, anywhere in Videopad. Reinstalls do not solve the problem. Tell me why this is, and so that I can get value out of a paid program that doesn't work, tell me what to do. Does NCH deliberately insert bugs into Videopad, and how come a final, useable, bug-free version of Videopad is not available? Thankyou.

I recently downloaded the new updated version of MixPad and I'm having an issue whereas my sound is usually crisp and great quality, when I merge files together, it distorts my sound as if I was talking through a military radio. I've tried restarting the app and trying again but this did not solve the issue. I feel this should be reported as this should not be an issue.

Hey, I need help, uh last time before i had the professional version of Videopad, the Shake effect worked perfectly fine. But then when I started using the extra features one, the shake effect wouldn't shake with other effects e.g. Negative. Then a couple days later, the shake effect wouldn't work AT ALL for me. I rlly don't get it lol. Pls help

WINDOWS VERSION: 10 VP VERSION: 7.10 WINDOWS RELEASE Hello! I have encountered a bug wherein the rendered video do not exhibit the result that is seen in the preview of the VP project. Here's the details: I have 2 images. One is 1920x1080, and one is 1920x1200. When I only have the 1920x1080 before rendering the whole video, it renders perfect. But when I have the 1920x1200 added, the problem do exist in a way that the 1920x1080 image shrinks. I have Zoom and Animated Position on the effect of the 1920x1200 image to animate a loop, but even without the effects, the problem still exists. Here's a bit of a word summary of the bug. 2 Images - 1 1920x1080 image - 1 1920x1200 image Problem - 1920x1080 image shrinks in all directions when the 1920x1200 image is added. It appears that the vertical sides is the basis of the resizing because the image boundaries of 1920x1080 is aligned in the vertical sides of 1920x1200 image. This bug still appears even if you disabled the Resize Video option.

Hi! I am working on a short film/series and adding the title sequence. Every time I click on an established title text image or try to open a new one,videopad crashes. I have looked up the idea that I need a new graphics driver but cannot seem to find the right one and think that this may not be the correct way to resolve this issue. What should I do?

The function for adjusting duration and fading of audio is non-functional. Doesn't display start or ending times and once you click on 'apply' the window simply closes without functioning.

The verifying process needs to be fixed by NCH. Once you burn the DVD is no good and you waste a DVD. Mine will verify maybe every third DVD.

I can't add an audio to videopad, I am trying to put it as an ending, in the ending I am supporting a Patreon for a game I just played, can someone help me here? I updated to the newest version. Ever since I did that, my invoices look TERRIBLE! The "SHIP TO" field has the address all squished together/garbled. My business address which is under the logo on the top left side is also squished together. I.E. meaining that my address is 11503, and when I view preview its correct, but when I print it comes out 1503. What is going on here?? Any help would be welcome due to the fact that I have 500 invoices to create and print by the first. Thank you!!!! p.s I did purchase the "help" option, but thus far no answer.

So, I posted here recently not to long ago about a problem, that i eventually was able to somewhat fix. after deciding to report a bug and telling them what happened I was given a link to download a newer version (4.5) and it seemed to work on most of the effects, except for a few. I'll hit the 'fx' button on the picture or video that's overlayed onto the video itself and select scale once again, everything seems fine until I actually change the effects value for the scale, which automatically causes VideoPad to shut itself down due to an abnormal problem as seen here: I've tried repeating this over and over again with other content and the results are always the same. I'd like to know how to fix this issue soon.

Hallo, hier würde ich gerne alle Fehler etc aufgelistet sehen, welche ihr gefunden habt. ....oder einfach Verbesserungsvorschläge die gemacht werden sollten, weil Vorhandenes unvorteilhaft ist. Vielleicht bin ich einfach zu genau, aber wenn ich ein Programm habe sollte wenigstens das richtig funktionieren was angeboten wird.

For some reason the previous version of Photostage 2.12 will not open. I uploaded a new version and am just about to finish my project, but it will not permit me to save to my computer! Investigated and discovered that I may need to purchase a new version - which offers an immediacy of problems: 1)The pc I completed this project on is not the computer I would normally use, hence begs the question if I purchase on this computer so I can save the project I've just worked 10 hours on, can I transfer the program and files? 2) I noticed that my last completed project did not save with all of my time edits. I had made a slideshow for my son's birthday and to put it on Facebook one must upload it first to youtube. The time edits did not transfer. I am reading in the forum that this is a common problem with PhotoState. Has this been corrected? I'm going to be investing a lot of time and energy into the next slideshows I'll be making and want to make sure that this is the best choice.

This new version for windows 8 has a lot of bugs that can be fixed by NCH if they listen to us. 1`. switching between storyboard and timeline is not the same. I cannot see my when i switch between the two. I have to start out with one or the other. 2. The preview cuts off the tops of heads, but in the exported video, the video is fine. Poor preview. (exported instead of make video was making things complicated as well) 2. Transitions no longer show thumbnails of what the transition looks like. There will be more. I have just got started. Thank You.
