Hello all I am new to NCH Software and am using express accounts. I apologise in advance for a stupid question. How do I export or print my chart of accounts. I have worked out how to add extra expense and income accounts. However my numbering system is all over the place. I guess i'm a bit of a nerd and want all my COA numbers to follow in a logical order. Thanks Sue

Even with a one item invoice, I am getting a two page invoice. With "Thank you for your business" and Custom Field on page 2. Love to save some paper!!!!

I am using v5.07. Since upgrading they system is not allowing me to print account reconciliations in which the account has no activity in period. When I reconcile and select to view the report I am getting a information window saying that there is no information available for this report. Previous versions have allowed the report to print with the zero activity. I have been through the setup options and cannot find where there might be an option to turn this feature on/off. I think its important that as far as Bank account reconciliation are concerned that the system print out the report whether or not there is activity on thge account or not. Has anyone else had this issue and found a fix for it - would appreciate some help? -
Trying to print a dvd label on the dvd directly from creation in Disketch to Canon Pixma 7120 printer. I set up the project as directed, selecting the direct to disk but when I print there is no choice for the "disk" tray and it prints only to paper. Anyone got an answer for this? Thanks

Ever since the latest version, all of my invoices that i go to print or email are put too far right, cutrting off the cents column.. Also, for some reason they are now printing on 2 pages with an enormous gap in the item lines? Its set for standard letter paper.. Any Ideas?

Hi All Firstly, thank you for the amazing Free POS for Mac. I have not used it with a cash draw or a scanner yet, but im only setting up my store, so still in test and training, and so far it more than meets my needs. I am however having problems printing receipts. Im using an A4 printer, and the receipt font is large and spread over two pages. I can email the receipt to myself as a PDF for a work around, and choose scale to one page then print. But I would prefer for the programe just to print the the printer and not have to much around eamailing, etc. I would idealy like it to print to A5, but A4 is fine. So is there a setting in not seeing that should be set? Im using the MAC version and its the latest, as the inport products has been fixed, really quickly might I add. Regards Derek

Hi, Hope someone can help as I cannot find any information or anything to guide me on what I should do here? Version 4.74 Everything was fine until I did the update... Now my invoices print over 2 pages with half the items on one page and the remainder plus the total on the other page. Even if there is only 2-3 items which would fit comfortably on one page the program is placing 2 items on one page and then the 3rd item on the 2nd page when I print. Ive played around with all the settings but it doesnt change back to how I had it before... Previous version didnt do this..... Ive tried to go back to the original version but it keeps this one!!!

I have a 58mm thermal printer, when selecting small receipt and 58mm from drop down the receipt prints out but is cutting off on the right hand side changed margins but no luck still cuts off value... Please help!! I purchased this printer as coppers said its compatible.. Had I know I wouldn't have... Please help Thanks in advance. Regards Jay

Hi guys, Sorry if this has been covered before. I have just loaded express invoice and when I try and print invoices with more than one item it get stuck on the second item and just overprints each line of the address. First line and third are all ok just the second is scrambled. any ideas?
