Express burn - Exceeding maximum possible VOB

Hi,

I purchased Express Burn Plus to burn recordings fom .avi format DVD. I downloaded and attempted to burn a 90 min film - a process which I had done successfully on several occasions in the past using Express Burn. Now, however, when i try and burn to DVD i get the following error after about 85% progress through the "Authoring Video DVD, Segmenting VOB VTS_01_1.VOBV"

Exceeded maximum possible VOB segments, encoded file is too large, please re-encode with lower quality (bitrate)

 

 

I have tried the two encoding options with no success. Nothing I do seems to work.

What am i doing wrong? Why can't I burn this relatively short file to dvd, when I have done so successfully in the past?

I also am showing the "Exceeded maximum possible VOB segments,encoded file is to large, please re-encode with lower quality (bitrate)" error, what does this mean and is there a way to keep the quality as is.
