I was thinking of purchasing it but now I think I will wait and see how quick they respond to you guys and how well they handle the issue.

I am trying to burn a movie to a DVD and the time of the movie is 2:22 and the max size on the disk is 2:30 and the actual size of the movie is 1.14gig yet no mater if I use a custom bitrate or a preset it comes up and says I need to use a lower bitrate setting. Why won't it fit if all sizes are less then what the DVD says it can handle?

is there a program that will let you split a movie so that sound will still work, the movie I am trying to burn is 2:22:45 long and I would like to split it and put it on 2 DVD's as I think that is why I got the VOB to long error.

I also am showing the "Exceeded maximum possible VOB segments,encoded file is to large, please re-encode with lower quality (bitrate)" error, what does this mean and is there a way to keep the quality as is.
