i am getting the same error and i tried the different settings still no luck

i am having the same trouble can anyone help on this topic? "Authoring Video DVD, Segmenting VOB VTS_01_1.VOBV" CODE Error Exceeded maximum possible VOB segments, encoded file is too large, please re-encode with lower quality (bitrate) I have tried the two encoding options with no success. Nothing I do seems to work. What am i doing wrong? Why can't I burn this relatively short file to dvd, when I have done so successfully in the past? Thanks
