bought TELCTAUSB4 when i try to dial outbound there is no call response

:unsure: i had bought the TELCTAUSB4 installed hardware, driver and ivm software did detect. when i try to use outbound i get the data through ivm window that call is being initated but it does not go any further. is the TELCTAUSB4 not detecting the dial tone is there settings that have to be configured for this device to work with ivm. i need to get this working so i can start a campaign.

 

thanks all help is apprecited i am used to predictive dialer with agent software this is new to me. i am located in the us and the TELCTAUSB4 should work is it a seeting or other problem.
