  1. how did you get the transfer work my calls just dropped tried to trans fer press#1 transfer toan extention in my office the phone rings but the call drops . can you provide me with your trnasfer settings so i can look at them and use them. i have the same problem with cid it on works when someone calls in transfer to ivm block says the equipment you are using the type of board, thats what i found
  2. i have an outgoing message played to answered calls, prompt one is designated for call transfer to a specific number which has voice mail or can be answered by a live person. the line that the caller is being transferred to rings but no one is there. we her a series of clicks and a beep tone but the caller and my rep can't speak, the call hangs up. can someone include the correct settings for the transfer feature with out this working i can't use the software correctly. thanks i use vonage voice lines with router adapter and 4port usb dialing card from nch. the hardware seems fine it has to be a setting that is not corfigured correctly.
  3. i had bought the TELCTAUSB4 installed hardware, driver and ivm software did detect. when i try to use outbound i get the data through ivm window that call is being initated but it does not go any further. is the TELCTAUSB4 not detecting the dial tone is there settings that have to be configured for this device to work with ivm. i need to get this working so i can start a campaign. thanks all help is apprecited i am used to predictive dialer with agent software this is new to me. i am located in the us and the TELCTAUSB4 should work is it a seeting or other problem.
