ANH Posted November 28, 2023 Share Posted November 28, 2023 Same thing happening to me here. We are doing a screen Capture, using .MP4. I bought two licenses, it always worked fine on both PCs, and now just one of them won't work properly. FYI, I did have to re-image the hard drive due to other computer issues. I had a clone of the original hard drive with all my software loaded and I placed that into the drive. Don't know if that is a factor, but thought I would mention it. I tried to look at all the settings on the PC where it works vs the PC where I am getting a black screen. any ideas? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If the issue occurs when recording online, the problem is likely related to DRM protection. For testing purposes try to record something on your Desktop and check the result.
