Hello, I have two licenses for Debut, version 7.11 (For our purposes, it works just great!). Few days ago, I had to reinstall a hard drive on one of the two PCs. I have a cloned hard drive for my PCs. In the event of a crash, or a virus attack, or some other emergency, I can just replace the hard drive with all my software installed and move on. Don[t know if this is a factor or not. I tried re-installing the software, I tried looking at ALL the settings on the PC where DEBUT still works trying to find a setting that is different. No luck. ANy ideas? Thanks!

Same thing happening to me here. We are doing a screen Capture, using .MP4. I bought two licenses, it always worked fine on both PCs, and now just one of them won't work properly. FYI, I did have to re-image the hard drive due to other computer issues. I had a clone of the original hard drive with all my software loaded and I placed that into the drive. Don't know if that is a factor, but thought I would mention it. I tried to look at all the settings on the PC where it works vs the PC where I am getting a black screen. any ideas?
