Slow down video clip to a freeze

Hi. Can anyone help please?

I want to play a 2-minute clip through at normal speed and then slow it down over the last five seconds or so until the final frame is frozen still.  I will then slowly fade that final frame. Is that possible in VideoPad?

Don't believe so.  The last five can be split a few times, with each section's speed made progressively slower, but that will stretch the length considerably.  A snapshot of the Sequence preview can be used to extend the final freeze frame.
