How can I set the Encoder level on exported video file

Hello,

How can I set the Encoder Level for an exported video file using VideoPad (VP)?  I'm using VP version 13.67, preset of HD 1080P, my exported videos have the Encoder Level at 5.2 (Main@L5.2).  I'm using the software program named Mediainfo version 22.09 to verify the encoder level of my video files.  The current version of the Plex server (1.32.6.7468) will not work with video files using Encoder Level 5.2. 

My work around is to use Handbrake and set the Encoder Level to a lower level.  I'm hoping to be able to set the Encoder Level within VP.
