Mixed freezing

Today my mixpad continually freezes/shows the waiting icon and I have been forced to quit and restart multiple times.  I am no longer able to work with some saved projects as the program immediately freezes.  I began a new project but every few minutes the circular icon appears and I have to wait for it to recommence. I don't know what might be causing the issue or how to resolve it so any help would be greatly appreciated.

In this situation, reinstalling the software would be the recommended course of action.  

Uninstall MixPad, then delete 3 folders named "MixPad" and 1 named "Components" from these locations:
**C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\MixPad\
**C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\MixPad\
**C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components
**C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\MixPad\
**If you can't find any of the folders, just continue.

If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files.
 

Please download the software version that corresponds to your license and proceed to enter your registration code.
