jfraze
I select 15 fps as my frame rate in the Export dialog, but when I check the final file in Quicktime it confirms the resulting video is 30 fps. The original video clip imported into the project was at 30 fps, and it seems Videopad is unable to change that? How do I get it to actually reduce the frame rate and export at 15 fps? borate
It's conceivable that this is a limitation of the encoder. Try a different one, such as MPEG4. Click the blue Default Quality/Filesize link to see the choices. If that makes no difference, please upload the file in question to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, get a shared (public) link, copy the link and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. When using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view."
jfraze
Thanks, that did the trick. I missed that link! I also changed "Lossless Export" setting to "Off (Re-encode Video)" in case that makes a difference.
borate
Lossless will be faster, when available. Auto usually determines what's best. Glad it worked out.
