pirate_owo
I have a problem with exporting whenever i want to export a video it crashes my pc or occasionally the software. I don't know why. It's not from low memory and I doubt it can be a hardware problem. If there is something that can stop my pc from crashing while exporting it'll be really helpful cuz I really do like the software. My PC: 12gb ram ddr4 CPU: Ryzen 5 3500u GPU: radeon vega 8 graphics Not some high end pc but I think it's enough
borate
What version of Videopad is being used? Look at the left-bottom of the window. Go into OPTIONS | ADVANCED tab. At the bottom, in the GPU processor section... click the caret at the right of "default" and change it to NONE (CPU only). Let us know if that helps. n1x1
Hello @Lancelot Chan Please make sure to follow the steps below in order to solve the situation presented with the program: 1. From VideoPad, select the Tools => Options => Disk tab > "Cache folder" section => copy the folder path. On our end is > C:\Users\NCH\AppData\Local\Temp\ 2. Paste the path on your Windows folder explorer, this will open the Cache contents. 3. Delete all files within this folder. 4. Close VideoPad and reopen it again. 5. Reload the file and let us know the outcome.
borate
This can also be accomplished via Options => Disk tab --> Clear Unused Cache Files. It's wise to do this before starting a new project, but it can be implemented at any time.
