Files won't transfer to EB window for burning.

Windows 10; LG WP50NB40 Blu-ray drive. I just installed EB Plus on my PC, and filled in the license number with confirmation that I'm all set.

I am trying to burn a Blu-ray disc. I have 5 video files, HD 1280x1920, rendered over the past several weeks in Vegas Pro 2018 as HEVC MP4. Admittedly, I am a relative novice in video editing and rendering. One of the files comes over easily, showing the space it will occupy on the disc. None of the other files, all in the same folder on my desktop, are accepted in the EB window, either by dragging or Add File, individually or in groups that will fit on the disc. What could be the cause?
