  5. Hi, When you are recording on SoundTap, try to observe the moving sound levels and see if it constantly goes over the red level. If that's the case, try lowering the volume of the source stream (e.g. YouTube's volume control). Observe if the results will minimize or eliminate the crackling noise.
  6. Hi, The program currently does not have the capability to do multi-disc labeling. It has a file naming function but it only applies to one disc.

  16. Hi, VideoPad does not have the capability to download media from streaming sites. If you already have the downloaded video file, you can open that file in VideoPad and save the audio clip as a new file. If you haven't downloaded the video yet, you can use our SoundTap Streaming Audio Recorder to record the audio from the streaming site.   18. Hi, Unfortunately, as stated in this link: https://www.nch.com.au/switch/kb/1405.html, "Not all DVF recorders are supported". If the recorder used is one of those not supported, there is nothing that can be done about it.

  23. Hi, MixPad currently does not have the Redact/Beep feature WavePad has. You can use WavePad to edit the curse words using Redact/Beep then load the edited clip back to MixPad for mixing. Alternatively, you can set a track and place beeping tones on top of the track main track where the curse words are said. Let us know if that helps.
