Edited videos are not exporting properly

So, I keep editing videos in videopad but when I export them, it's not the same as the edited version and what's shown in the preview. Sometimes after editing the whole video and the preview shows my work. After I export the video, the first edited sequence or clip is the only edited part of the whole video and the rest is shown as the original not edited version. Why is it doing that? Do I need to edit 1 clip/sequence of the video and then export it instead of editing the whole video?

Preview display is what you should get, if you are exporting at the suggested settings or, perhaps, settings that closely match those of the bulk of the source files.

Install this release.  For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date.  After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest.  Retain your old install file and registration info.

The only way to get this pinned down is if you share the project for analysis.  It's easy, takes only minutes and can be done privately via Personal Messenger (top-right of this forum - click the envelope).  Just follow these four steps closely...

Share your project.  Someone will take a look and come up with a fix.  The process is easy, quick and can be done privately.  Just follow these steps...

  •     Back up --- With your project on the timeline, click on MENU at the top-left.  Click FILE|BACK UP PROJECT FILES TO FOLDER.  Choose a folder and SELECT FOLDER.
  •     Upload ---  Use a free server - Google Drive, MS OneDrive, etc.* - to upload the saved, numbered FOLDER.    Do NOT upload the individual VPJ or export file.
  •     Get link --- Get a public link.  If using Google Drive click GET SHAREABLE LINK. If necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with the link can view"
  •     Share ---     Click COPY LINK | DONE.  Paste that link here, or click the folder at the top-right of this forum to message it privately to me.  It won't be shared.

          *    Before uploading, right-click the folder, click PROPERTIES.  Look at the File Size to confirm that it's not too big for the free space on the server.

Thanks for sharing.  Using 13.03, the linked version, fixed above, no difference noted between preview and export.

Try that version.  If still no joy, go into OPTIONS | ADVANCED tab and choose None(CPU only).     image.png

Report back what works (or doesn't), and list your PC's specs:  CPU/GPU/RAM.
