Can you get Videopad to reprocess a imported clip?

I imported a small clip from youtube and there is no audio. If I delete the clip and add it again, it still has no audio and it seem to almost remembered the video and keep the processing it did previously on the video (which did not work for audio).

As a result, I get the video clip with no Audio and no way to redo the process.

Please help.

Yes original clip had audio. I play it with VLC to confirm plus it has audio on youtube.

I use 4K video downloader. I have done this hundreds of times without issue.

The only difference is that I imported a video that was like 8 hours long along with some other stuff and I think it broke the system.

Once videopad has process the audio of a clip, there is no way to force it to do it again and replace the current info with new info?

4K has generally worked 99.9% of the time. The video I capturing is probably 10 year old so perhaps its using an older format.

It's unclear what you mean by "replace the current info with new info."  What version of VP is being used?  (Listed at the left-bottom corner of the window.)

Each time an A/V clip is loaded, both audio and video are imported, and can be replaced with other content.  It may be necessary to UNlink audio from video.

Let's have a look at the clip that has no audio...

Upload the file/s to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, get a shared (public) link, copy the link and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum.  When using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view."
