Sven8800 Posted March 23, 2022 Share Posted March 23, 2022 This product sells itself as a way to record audio off your computer. But, we have thousands of posts saying the thing doesn't work. People put up ways to fix it and they don't work. There's no warning that certain programs from windows don't work. The icing on the cake is support sucks. Just wasted $30. Does that about sum it up? If you have any issues with it NCH Software Technical support should be able to assist you fix this or have the developer team take a look at your issue to get it fixed. Also if you are not happy with the program, NCH Software has a 30 day refund policy you can take advantage of to get your money back in case you no longer wish to use the software.
