Well i am using AXON as centerally managing outbound calls. thatis my all call come to axon and then through axon it go to my service provider and then it comes to axon and then goes to the particular agents.. well my questions are... 1. i have found that there are only two option for controlling Axon web and general axon panel.. is there any other way to manage axon.. 2. well does axon gives logs of number dial with actual duration for which number was on.. or there is any way to do it.. 3. How can i know which codec is used when by axon, also if i only want to use G729a, what should i do so it uses that codec only, or some way to have it done.. 4.some time VRS connection breaks and it does not records any call of my axon pbx, what to do... thanks in advance.. thanks. abhi Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
