rcamp5656
I have a real problem, I have a deadline for removing wind noises from the audio from a wedding video, it was held outside , and my video camera picked up wind noises, some motor noises etc, it was very windy that day and unfortunately I had a half decent wind sock on the microphone from my VHS camcorder, but it was not enough. We want to get all of the wind noises out without loosing the very important music and audio from the wedding. I have used Wave Pad to manually remove some of the noise, I understand wave forms etc, but it takes time, I even tried spectral subtraction on the samples of wind noises of 4-5 secs of wind noises, but the program took too much out. I will enclose a sample of the audio so you can see what I am dealing with. I see no way to do this here so I will have to prepare a 25 - 30 second clip on YouTube to do this: Be back in 20 mins: Russ
