Imported photos and videos in a single bin

In a folder I have a mix of photos and videos and I renamed them with date and time in chronological order to get the right sequence

but when I import a selection of them (or all of them), they are placed into two different bins sorted separately so I loose the right sequence

and I cant drag all of them to the timeline but I have to before drag all the photos and then add the videos one by one in their position.

 

Is there a way to tell PStage to keep all the media in a single bin without any distinction between photos and videos?

Or at least to sort them by name when I drag them into the timeline?

This is not possible, since they are two different types of files it will always send the videos to the video bin and the photos to the photo bin, there is no way to change this.
