Scheduled Tranactions

Hi, I just purchased this software, but the scheduled transactions do not seem to be registering / showing on the account.  Can you help please?

Do you get the problem with all the transactions or just some of them? Make sure you have posted the transaction on the correct account. In case you still have issues, you may try to reinstall the program and confirm if it works: https://www.nchsoftware.com/personalfinance/mlsetup.exe

Before reinstalling the program, I recommend you to create a backup data file to avoid losing your information during the process.

Hi Elk,  thank you for getting back to me.  I have tried re-installing with no success. The transactions are definitely posted on the correct account.   I am really quite disappointed with the programme.   I also didn't realise that it was not internet based, so can really only be used from one location/device , unless a usb storage unit is used all the time.   Now the automated transactions are not working.  I feel I have wasted my money.   Any other tips you might have would be greatly appreciated.  Many thanks in advance.

In this case, I would recommend you to submit a support ticket here https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html so that the tech support agents can provide you with the diagnostic version of MoneyLine which will generate some traces they can use to determine what could be causing the problem.

Thanks Elk, but I already tried this several times and never seem to get a response.  Any ideas?
