Problem with speed of loaded clips

Hi, I'm wondering if someone can help me with a problem I've been having since I started using the software?  Every Clip (song) that I load into Mixpad loads/plays at a faster speed than the actual song is.  When I use Mixpad to detect the BPM, it seems to identify the BPM correctly however when the clip plays, it plays a few (usually 5%) BPM faster than the correct speed.  When I manually calculate the BPM of the track outside of mixpad it plays at the slower correct BPM. speed test

How can I make sure that the clips load at the correct speed so that I don't have to adjust each one that I load?

If the issue is with any file that you load, the best would be to  try doing a clean install and delete all the cache of the program. Uninstall your software first, then go to the folder location below on your computer then delete the MixPad folder folders:

C:\ProgramData\NCH Software
C:\Users\(Your computer profile)\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\MixPad

If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files.

After deleting the MixPad folder, restart your computer then install it again from the next link: https://www.nch.com.au/mixpad/mpsetup.exe

That should do it. Please try it again after that and see if that fixes the issue.
