Mikey Posted June 29, 2021 Share Posted June 29, 2021 I'm using SoundTap on my iMac running Big Sur version 11.4. Recently SoundTap has began to stutter &/or pause while I am trying to record a song from Amazon Music. I know a person is not supposed to do this. However I'm trying to get a digital version of all the albums, 8-Tracks & cassettes I have purchased over the years. My contact with NCH hasn't been very helpful as they give me instructions for a PC. Has anyone come across this problem when recording from Amazon? Is it a SoundTap issue or has Amazon done something to cause this problem? I'd really appreciate any advice! Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Fred28 Posted June 30, 2021 Share Posted June 30, 2021 I do not think amazon will allow you to record, If you try Soundtap to record any other source that is not DRM protected and it works then I will say it is because amazon will not allow this. Also, because SoundTap will not record any DRM protected content. You have 2 options either test the program with a different source that you are 100% certain has no DRM or you can contact amazon and confirm.
