Pippa
I recently purchased Switch so have a fully licensed version. I have tried to convert some MP3 files to .wav and the extended information says "No audio detected in the file" even though it plays through Windows Media player. This only happens for some MP3 files, the majority work fine. Any ideas on what's happening here?
Fred28
Could you share some of the files you have issues with for testing? If it happens only with some files and not all then the issue might be the way the files were encoded. Do they all come from the same source? If they do, share one that works and one that doesn't to compare. If you do not wish to share the files here, my best advice is to contact NCH Technical Support team for them to assist you. You can create a support ticket for them here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
