Gretchen Delfin Posted June 1, 2021 Share Posted June 1, 2021 Hello everyone, I uploaded an MOV file yesterday and successfully did my first transcription. Today I tried to upload a similar file and I got the red error message that this file format is not supported. I tried to upload other MOV files, but no luck. I tried loading the MOV file that I did yesterday and got the yellow error message that basically says the same. I have Express Scribe Pro 9.22 running on Catalina 10.15.7.
