Sound problem when I record

Hello, I have Golden record and Golden Video whose have the same problem.  I read a lot on the forum and tried several things to solve that problem:  the problem is that when I record, I heard no sound throught my speakes.  But I can see the lights playing on the softwares,  Is somebody can help me in order to solve that problem?  Many Thanks.

Please try to reinstall the device drivers from the manufacturer´s website and make sure they are the latest ones.

Once uninstall and then install after then record. if the same problem is happening again then get the speaker check.
