Marti
Hello, I recorded 5 videos from USB in Debut recorder, saved them and during playing my video file in all players what I have my screen sometimes stops( probably 3x per half hour for probably 5seconds) but sound is running normally. elk
When it stops, does it occur at the same point every time you play it? You may try to record using different formats, resolution and frame rates to see if the issue persists. You may also want to reinstall the program using this link: https://www.nchsoftware.com/capture/debutpsetup.exe
Marti
@elk No, it is in the direfferent parts in two videos. I changed format but it is the same. It sometimes stops during recording too but in the differents parts than in the resulting video. Do you think it could be because of bad operating system of my pc or slow storage or...? Thanks. n1x1
Hi, You may try the steps below: Uninstall Debut, then delete 3 folders named "Debut" and 1 named "Components" from these locations: **C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Debut\ **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Debut\ **C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components **C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\Debut\ **If you can't find any of the folders, just continue. If you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders with the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files. After that please reinstall the program. If the issue occurs again you can try the following: 1. Free your space on your hard drive:https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/free-up-drive-space-in-windows-a18fae02-a0fa-8df9-9838-8970f9939de4 2. Use MSConfig and run the Selective startup:"https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-client/performance/system-configuration-utility-troubleshoot-configuration-errors
