I would like to use Switch to convert the files to mp3 to transcribe in Transcriva and also to save the recordings to my ipod. Unfortunately Switch does not recognize the files. Error message: Cannot open the file. Check if it exists and you have read access. It exits and I have read and write access. Can anybody help? Thanks. nchtj Posted August 14, 2006 Share Posted August 14, 2006 are these .dss files you are talking about? you have may recorded them in LP mode, which switch doesn't support (and it mentions this in the help too). try recording in SP mode and see if that is different.
