Hi, I have an Olympus DS-2000, which I use for interviews. I would like to use Switch to convert the files to mp3 to transcribe in Transcriva and also to save the recordings to my ipod. Unfortunately Switch does not recognize the files. Error message: Cannot open the file. Check if it exists and you have read access. It exits and I have read and write access. Can anybody help? Hi todd, try do download DSS Player 1.4.2. For instance from http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo...3575&vid=169016 I have a Powerbook with the latest version of Tiger and the software works fine with my olympus DS-2000. Best, Matthias
