No sound input when using ION usb Tape to PC deck

I have connected an ION usb tape to PC tape deck and configured Sound input in preferences to usb codec input works fine.  Ran the wizard and selected usb codec as input in both tape and vinyl input selections.  No sound is detected in the Recording Volume Calibration Section.

Works fine with other programs.

Check the setup again of the device that you are using for the recording, you can verify this on your Control panel/Devices, make sure that you are running the latest drivers of the program,  If you try another device do you get the same result, if you keep getting issues would be better to send the information to the Technical Team: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=Golden
