email issues

For over 2 months once i complete a quote or invoice i have to convert to a PDF and then send from my microsoft documents. It will not allow me to change the email address in the software. I have tried to adjust my settings and even allowed a computer tech to attempt to set the program correctly. It will not allow me to change the email address. So at this time im locked out of using all of the functions with express invoice. And yes, my software is up to date. Please help before i delete this app with years of data.
