georroussos
Hi, using WavePad on Mac OS Catalina and the truncating silences menu in batch processing is buggy. It has three windows where it supposedly lets you adjust the minimum silence, the new silence and the multiples. If I press on the minimum silence window and set my own value (for example, 0,295) and then press anywhere else or another button, my value goes back to zero. That means I cannot set custom values. The same problem is not present on the Windows version, everything works normally there. I tried older versions but without success. Is there anything I can do? Fred28
In that case I would suggest you contact NCH tech team and report this, if it is a bug their developer team will look at it. https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
georroussos
I can do no such thing, because I have not bought the software and evaluating it, so no support is offered.
