The voltas in my piece don't work

So, I have this piece where there is a D.C. al Fine at the end, and so, in order to have a grander ending, I need to put a second volta in for the ending, and the playback just goes over it like there is no volta. I have tried all combinations and nothing seems to work.

If you know what I'm doing wrong, or if you know if the software doesn't do that, I would like to hear from you.

Hello, Crescendo is a program to write music sheets, it is not intended to be used as a music sheet reader or playback. That is the reason some features like Volta are not performed or read by the program as it is not intended for that.
