usnavyvet Posted May 14, 2020 Share Posted May 14, 2020 I am attempting to convert a DVD movie to a format that will be playable on the ROKU windows media player. I can successfully play the movie using MP4 format, , but the subtitles/captions are not available. Since I suffer from profound hearing loss, I really need the captions. DannR Posted May 15, 2020 Share Posted May 15, 2020 Are you taking the video directly from the DVD, or is a file that you transfer, what would be the setup that you are using for the MP4 if you try to convert using different format do you get the same result.
