Out of Sync after Exporting

Hi, I'm very new to all this video editing stuff. So I'm probably doing something silly! I'm using the latest free version.

This is what I've done...

Recorded myself doing a talk on my phone. 20mins or so. Then I've imported it into VP. I've sped it up by about 10% using the video speed effect. Then exported it. And it's out of sync when I watch it on VLC. When I watch it in the sequence preview box it's all lined up fine, but when I export it, it then goes weird. Any ideas on what silly thing I might be doing?

It's worth saying it starts in sync... and then gradually get's out of sync. By the time it gets to the end it's about 5 seconds off! 

I've also tried separating out the audio, exporting the audio separately... bringing it back in again and then exporting it all. Same thing happens! Still out of sync!

When you speed up the video UNcheck the "keep pitch unchanged" box and see if that gives better results.

If not, share the project and someone here will check it out.  It's easy, quick and can be private.  Just follow the instructions...
