No voice on VideoPad tools

Welcome, I tried to create clip on VideoPad. I added my MP4 file with voice and music, however I cant hear voice on videopad application. There is no "wave" of voice audio track too. I reinstaled application and .... nothing happened. I instaled this same application on other computer and have this same problem. I can hear any voice on video material I add.

Anybody can help me with it?

I use Windows 10 system, Intel 7 processor

Is this a Videopad-created voice file or one that was imported?  Please describe just how you attempted to create the clip.

If there is a file  available, share it for analysis....

Upload the file to Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, etc. Copy (share) the URL and paste it into your post here.

Yest, it is video with voice inside this same file.

I did it as always, pasted file into panel. After it, when I press PLAY button I see video file but I cant hear voice. After record I have file without any voice.

I attached video with my manual how I do it. You can see my record on google drive: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1O788EO_shDFllxTz0K31zZYInig0cXwR/view?usp=sharing

The point is that I want to have possibilities to prepare movie by myself with Your program of course. The situation when You will send me back file with voice change nothing for me.... I realize that Your program works perfectly. Unfortunetally my dont

Each of 12 I checked... It doesent matter what file I add. Each time the situation is that same. No voice.

But of course.  Loaded and exported your two files and could not replicate the issue.  Looked and sounded fine in version 8.12.

For the sake of experimentation, install this version and report results.  Retain your current install file and license/registration info.

Did the linked 7.02 version of VP do better?
