Lorie Posted February 23, 2020 Share Posted February 23, 2020 I have been using the trial version of SoundTap and this morning I purchased the full version and now I receive an error which says "Check Directory Permissions" Please help, what do I do? Try reinstalling the program and test if the same thing happens I would really recommend that you contact NCH Technical Support for assistance. Lorie Posted February 25, 2020 Author Share Posted February 25, 2020 Thank you so much for replying... we did find the issue and it is resolved, but I though I would give thanks for your help and in case anyone else had the same issue. The "Permission" error was actually with the file folder where the output recording would go. Deleted that folder, created a new one and everything works find. Thanks again!
