Conference call

Do you know what command(s) ExpressTalk Business Edition sends to:

 

1. put a caller on hold

2. call another, and then

3. conference in the last call?

 

A request to get this into IVM was sent this week. I'm excited to see this in IVM soon, but in the mean time I'm trying to get IVM to use conference for VoIP but don't know the commands to send. Thanks.

sorry we haven't yet got conferencing working via the command line, but we'll see if we can do it for the next version.

 

If you want to do conferencing, you don't need to use IVM anymore, we have a specialised product for that now called Quorum : http://www.nch.com.au/conference/index.html
