software is not working

I have recently purchased and installed the Express Scribe software, just two days ago because I bought a new computer.  My Express Scribe worked great on my old computer, but now, with the new computer, when I try to load the audio, there is no audio to chose from in the folder I had retrieved it from for the last 10 years.   I can't find a phone number for support.  Please help.

Could you explain how you load the file onto the program? Do you receive it by email, FTP, Express Delegate? Are you using Windows or Mac? What is the format of those files? You may try to drag the audio file from Windows File Explorer and drop it onto Express Scribe to see if it makes a difference.
