  1. I have recently purchased and installed the Express Scribe software, just two days ago because I bought a new computer. My Express Scribe worked great on my old computer, but now, with the new computer, when I try to load the audio, there is no audio to chose from in the folder I had retrieved it from for the last 10 years. I can't find a phone number for support. Please help.
