Stuart Anderson Posted August 15, 2021 Share Posted August 15, 2021 Hello All, First allow me to say I like NCH Software. All my other programs are fantastic and work beautifully, as intended. Reflect CRM is the exception. I cannot set up email to converse with my customers and keep track of all forms of communication. I've done all that I know. I've tried different port numbers, lowered firewalls, checked and re-checked SMTP settings. Again, all my other programs work beautifully. I'm using REFLECT v 3.01, if this makes a difference. elk Posted August 16, 2021 Share Posted August 16, 2021 What happens when you try to configure it or send an email? Are you getting any error message? You may try to reinstall the program and confirm if it works: https://www.nchsoftware.com/crm/refsetup.exe Before reinstalling the program, I recommend you to create a backup data file to avoid losing your information during the process.
