First allow me to say I like NCH Software. All my other programs are fantastic and work beautifully, as intended. Reflect CRM is the exception. I cannot set up email to converse with my customers and keep track of all forms of communication. I've done all that I know. I've tried different port numbers, lowered firewalls, checked and re-checked SMTP settings. Again, all my other programs work beautifully. I'm using REFLECT v 3.01, if this makes a difference. Can someone assist me, please?
